Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Srinagar

Arrive at Srinagar Airport, where our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, enjoy local sightseeing, including the famous Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. In the evening, unwind with a complimentary Shikara ride on the beautiful Dal Lake.

Overnight Stay: Srinagar

Day 2 – Pahalgam Excursion

After breakfast, travel to the picturesque town of Pahalgam, known for its scenic valleys, pine forests, and the Lidder River. Spend the day exploring the natural beauty of the region. Guests can also choose optional visits to Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari at an additional cost.

Return to Srinagar in the evening.

Day 3 – Gulmarg or Sonamarg Excursion

Enjoy breakfast before heading to Gulmarg or Sonamarg, depending on your preference.

  • Guests should carry a valid government-issued photo ID throughout the trip.
  • Prepaid SIM cards from outside Jammu & Kashmir may not work. Postpaid connections generally work.
  • Advance booking is recommended during peak travel seasons.
  • Any services not mentioned under the package inclusions will be be treated as exclusions.

Booking Policy

  • In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

  • Total amount of the hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
  • The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
  • Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:
  • You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 24 hours of the payment made.
  • Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure
  • Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test, travel insurance and other related documents.
  • You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note

  • The rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight & hotel fare may change at any point of time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
  • Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
  • In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the visitor directly. Full package amount would be non-refundable.
  • Any visa approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
  • Cabio Tours is acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer’s entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy or Airline, Cabio Tours cannot be held liable for the same.
  • If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline due to any reason, Cabio Tours will not be responsible.
  • Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight and hotel cancellation & refund will be as per their policies of airline, hotel etc. Cabio Tours will try to get maximum refund.
